Life as we know it has changed forever. Digital is our lifeline. Social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram keep us in touch with our network, but unfortunately, it has become a feed flooded with information disheartening to the soul due to the pandemic and economic instability we are witnessing firsthand.
I choose to see the good in every aspect. Yes, I am a realist. Yes, I am a dreamer. It makes for one heck of a ride let me tell you!

Yes, homebuyer traffic to major sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com has decreased significantly, however, supply is at near-record lows nationwide, and demand is near an all-time high.
The spring market conditions were projected for an incredibly competitive housing market. With Inventory low, demand high, and mortgage rates remarkably low, if you already own a home, you might consider refinancing while rates are this low.
Others we are working with are prepping their home for the market in anticipation that things will resume to somewhat normal living pre-Covid19.
